This page explains how and when your order reaches you. It applies to every order placed on this website.
Where we deliver
We deliver across Pakistan. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Dispatch time
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within one to two working days. Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next working day.
Delivery time
Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Faisalabad usually receive orders in two to three working days. Other cities and towns take three to five working days. Remote areas may take slightly longer during peak season.
Delivery charges
A flat delivery charge applies to each order and is shown at checkout before payment. Orders above the free delivery threshold displayed on the site ship at no extra cost.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by SMS or email once the courier collects your parcel. If it has not arrived within the expected window, contact us and we will follow it up with the courier.
Failed delivery
Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. If nobody is available, the parcel returns to us and we contact you to arrange a fresh attempt. Repeated failed cash on delivery attempts may affect eligibility for future cash on delivery orders.
Damaged or incorrect parcels
Check your parcel on arrival. If anything is damaged or the wrong item has been sent, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will replace it at no cost.
