Products and descriptions
We describe every garment as accurately as we can, including fabric weight and measurements. Screen calibration varies, so colours may look slightly different in person. Measurements are given as flat garment measurements with a small manufacturing tolerance.
Pricing
All prices are shown in Pakistani rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order that has already been confirmed.
Orders
An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation message. We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the address cannot be verified, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In that case any amount already paid is refunded in full.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer. For bank transfer, the order is dispatched once the payment clears in our account.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy and returns by our refund and returns policy. Both form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All text, photographs and design elements on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods purchased. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of Pakistan.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
