Every measurement below is taken flat across the garment in inches, not around the body. Lay a shirt you already wear on a table, measure it the same way, and compare. Allow half an inch either way for cotton that has been through the wash.

| 3XL | 56 | 31 | 32 | 10 | 113 – 122 |

How to measure
Chest
Measure straight across the garment one inch below the armhole, from edge to edge. Double that number to get the full circumference.
Length
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder seam straight down to the bottom hem. This is the number that decides whether a shirt stays tucked.
Shoulder
Measure across the back from one shoulder seam to the other. If your current shirt pulls at the sleeve head, go up a size here.
Still between two sizes?
Take the larger one. Our cuts are relaxed rather than tight, and a slightly roomier fit sits better than one that stretches across the chest. If it turns out wrong, exchange it within seven days.
